1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Costa Rica Expertise (the "Site"), operated by Garland M. Baker ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
